Welcome to our online colon cancer outcome calculator. The calculator is based on data obtained from Surveillance Epidemiology and End Results (SEER) of the National Cancer Institute which is an authoritative repository of cancer statistics in the United States. The calculator estimates the risk of mortality after 1 year, 2 years, and 5 years of diagnosis, using a small non-redundant subset of 14 patient attributes which were carefully selected using attribute selection techniques. The graph shows the three risk values obtained for specific attribute values, which are shown in the below the graph.
